I was very satisfied with my recent stay with Holiday Inn. The room was very clean and modern. The large TV was a bonus. Also, four pillows on each bed so you can choose firm or soft.

I just love this property! Other than the beautiful upgrades/remodel the entire hotel staff is the same every time I arrive. They go above and beyond to make me feel welcome and all come to greet me. When your away on business travel as much as I am this is so welcomed and appreciated! Nice job to the entire TEAM

Perfect location to UNC for college tour. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Want those pillows for home!!! Good size room. Love the bed and bath toiletries.
Nice complimentary breakfast on 7th floor lounge comped from UNC. Staff polite and pleasant.
Would definitely book here again.

I hate the smoking area in from of the entrance. This is a turn off upon entry.
Staff managed multiple check-ins well
The bar area is modern and clean
The key card access to upper floors required multiple card swipes in order to work.
room service dishes stayed in hallway floor almost all day. even with cleaning teams servicing rooms.
gap under door too big; too much light.
pinkish red area in tub and in grout. to me this means that it is not cleaned well or with frequency.
