Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Property, staff and stay Our party of four were on a short vacation and stayed at your hotel. The proximity to dining, clubs, shopping, and transportation was excellent. The staff was very helpful with directions and suggestions and the service provided was wonderful. The only thing I found a little odd was that there was a charge (flat rate) for a refridgerator in our room. I've never had to pay for a fridge before. Other than that I would recommend this hotel and will likely stay there on my next trip to Chicago. Thanks for everything! 06 October 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Double booked room I was given a room that was already occupied. I walked into my room after check-in to find a gentleman already in the room. Luckily, he was just working at the desk but this could have been an worse scenario. When I returned to the front desk to report the problem the reaction and apology was less than satisfactory. 04 October 2014

However, we stayed 3 nights and would have liked to have had a better view. Our room faced a concrete wall. Also, had a staff member key their way into our room in the evening while we were relaxing. This was very concerning as we had not asked for any service and they said they were just checking if we needed anything?? It was very strange. 02 October 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value I called for this reservation the night before and they were able to accommodate me despite a holiday weekend. The only complaint I have is that it was very difficult to find parking because the building valet charges quite a bit of money for parking. Other than that, lobby is beautiful, views are great (if you have the right room), and staff was great. 01 October 2014

When checking out don't be surprised when you get a really miserable face and attitude if you use cash rather than a credit card to pay. Shame the hotel didn't match the city as a whole, I really liked Chicago and will come back definitely, but won't be staying at the Mart Plaza. 25 September 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable but a few things to work on. Our overall experience was very good but the room we were sent to had not been cleaned so they moved us to a different room. Weird It was confusing at the beginning with Valet parking. There was no one there so I waited and then I had to run up to the 15th floor where my husband was checking in with the parking tag. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect as a base to get around the city. The staff that were on duty for our meeting were absolutely dedicated to making the meeting a huge success. They were flexible, reliable and absolutely willing to bend over backwards for last minutes requests. Banquet caption and event manager for ACHA this past week were wonderful. I had full confidence in their ability to put on a seemingly successful meeting. WELL DONE by all involved. I am extremely satisfied by the overall performance by all.
