Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Excellent Front Staff Service, Horrible Housekeeping I visited this hotel for business. The staff was absolutely excellent but the bathroom and stain I found on my sheets were not. Housekeeping needs to provide the same level of service that the front office provides. Based on the lack of cleanliness, that will be me last visit. May 20, 2015

I was checked in promptly and treated like I was the most important guest the hotel had. The staff was excellent answering every inquiry with a smile. It was refreshing to say the least. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the free wi-fi was spotty and slow, other than that it was perfect! May 14, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by downtown chicago the hotel location was great. it was within a short walk to the art institute and greektown. we really were warmly treated by the hotel staff. however, we did encounter a few minor glitches. first, our room was not ready when we arrived. we left a cell number for a promised text message when the room would be ready. not hearing from the hotel, we called at about 4pm, were put on hold for five minutes before we hung up to call back later. after calling back, the person said she had been very busy and forgot about my call. yes, the room was ready. then, we received the text. secondly, we asked for a 7am wakeup call. the call arrived at 7:10am and gave the date and weather report of the previous day. my overall impression was that the staff was friendly but a bit incompetent.
