Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Stayed for business, difficulty sleeping. I stayed two nights for business. The staff are welcoming and friendly, but the room is dated and the bed was simply uncomfortable. It was difficult to fall asleep and then waking up I was not well rested. Made it more difficult to attend full day seminars. 16 December 2014

It's near the airport, so you do get planes flying over you quietly in the background, so if you're a really light sleeper, turn on a fan to cover up the noise. Free hotel shuttle for the airport and Blue Line. Would stay here again. 02 December 2014

The free shuttle picked me up at the airport within a reasonable time and the driver was very personable. The hotel staff was upbeat and friendly and made the check in process easy. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not as good as I had hoped My room leaked air under the heater / air conditioner from the outside. It was below zero outside, which made my room freezing. Had to wear double socks while working at the desk in the room. Turned the heat up, but the heater would spit out hot heat followed by COLD air. Waited for a thunderstorm to form in my room. The maid service took the soap from my room and did not leave any to replace it. Tried to ask for soap, but none of them spoke English. Used shampoo instead. Same with the room coffee... could not get any in replacement. Asked the front desk for these items, they did not have any. Said they would send some up, did not happen. Was supposed to stay there for 3 nights, left after 2. Beds felt like you were sleeping on boards. The decor of the room is still in the Early 90's... Definitely not worth the money spent on the hotel. Will never stay there again. 24 November 2014
