Had to wait an hour for the shuttle and when I called multiple times I was told it was on its away and that it would be there right away so I feel like they weren't taking me serious, kept lying or maybe they thought it was easier to say it would arrive there right away. I would have completely understand if there was a delay but they never mentioned anything about it. The bathroom was dirty. The tub was extremely brown and im sure a good clean or bleach would get rid of it because that is not where u want to shower, it was very bad. All this happened around mid night and I was so tired after an exhausting long flight I just didn't have the energy to call and complain, I just wanted to rest because I had to catch my next flight first thing in the morning. And after not finding the front desk staff helpful for not telling me the truth I just didn't even bother with them. January 29, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Outdated room Had to go somewhere - no heat in my house and the hotel was close Room is outdated badly. Mattress nowhere near as comfortable as Hampton. Very cold in adjacent Bistro when eating breakfast. Sorry - will not go back January 22, 2016

Catch the half price apps 4 to 7 William and Jenny do a great job looking after the customers in the Bar/restaurant while the front desk staff is always outstanding.
