Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not Happy Not only did we find bugs in the room. (stink bugs) the garbage cans did not have liners in them. The desk clerk that waited on us for check in seemed like we were disturbing her. I did not have time to go the front desk to ask to get our room changed so my husband flushed the bugs. Food at brunch was not bad. Wait staff very young and inexperienced. But they were very nice 23 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hidden Gem Great Stay! Upon arriving at the hotel I was quickly greeted by a lovely front desk agent, she acknowledged my Platinum status and offered me an upgrade. I was completely exhausted so that was a pleasant surprise. I noticed the restaurant was pretty busy so I opted for the room service. The food was delicious and was delivered fairly quickly. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location and kind staff! We stayed at this hotel for our wedding and it went great. There was a shuttle that ran from the hotel to the reception and back. All the staff was kind and very thoughtful. We booked a block of hotels and the breakfast was amazing. The check-out was also very easy. 19 April 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Probably okay unless you stay on a holiday I had an overnight for business and arrived after a lengthy journey to be informed that the bar and restaurant were closed for Easter, despite their being no mention of this at the time of booking on the website. The staff were friendly and clearly felt awkward about it, having themselves to find a Chinese restaurant that would deliver to the location as most local establishments were also closed. If I'd have known in advance I would've chosen to stay elsewhere, and I feel like I didn't receive full value for my stay. 15 April 2015
