Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I'm a platinum member with Holiday Inn so obviously I stay a fair amount at your hotels. I will never stay at this hotel again. I was given a room directly across from the elevators which was extremely noisy. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean when I got there. There had been used soap left in the bathtub. I ordered room service which took 50 minutes to get. When it did come, it was cold and they charged me for an extra bottle of water. Overall it was just extremely disappointed. 17 November 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service The staff is wonderful. They are friendly and willing to help in any way possible. The rooms are clean and well decorated. They are very comfortable and it is easy to relax. The restaurant is very good and breakfast is my favorite. . I have stayed here many times and the service has been consistent. The location is perfect ie: central located just off the Garden State Parkway and close to stores, restaurants, and transportation. There is a shuttle to the airport which just a short trip away. A great hotel for business or pleasure. 17 November 2014

Terence was very helpful in taking care of a credit card issue for me. He stayed on top of the problem and followed up with both email and phone call to resolve the issue.
