Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Perfect! Would stay Again! Stayed here prior to catching our flight home. The ease of the check in, stay, and check out was perfect. Quiet, extremely comfortable rooms and the service staff were extremely helpful. The kiosk for checking into flight was also perfect! Also, the quick response by staff was great as we needed a crib and had one in our room within five minutes of the request. Definitely stay here again. If all Holiday Inn's are like this I can see myself staying at Holiday Inn by choice in the future. 04 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Holiday Inn I've stayed at The Holiday Inn St. Petersburg N/Clearwater has to be one of the best Holiday Inn properties that I've stayed at. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future. I will recommend my friends and family to stay at this hotel because it's close to the airport and has easy access to the highway to go to Tampa. 03 March 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value for money I am staying often at this property, which is probably the best value for money in the area. It is an older hotel, and while bathrooms are hopelessly outdated, everything in the room works and provides good comfort. It is one of the better hotels in the area, and the value is top-notch. You can easy pay twice or more, and you wont be getting the same standard. 27 February 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Shuttle service lacking Supposed to offer free shuttle service from the airports. Only one driver on duty. I had to wait over 2 hours to be picked up. Only have 2 shuttles/drivers on a good day. Not enough to really say that they have shuttle service. 27 February 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not on the same level as other IHG properties The hotel is close to were we needed to stay for business purposes; however, I will not stay here on our next visit in a few months. Other than the front lobby area, the rest of the hotel doesn't appear to be updated or renovated. The hall carpets were nasty. They were being cleaned during our visit; however, they should be replaced. The bed was not comfortable, and my housekeeping for bathroom supplies were hit or miss. The grounds around the property also need attention, I walked the grounds, because the fitness center is a joke. The equipment is old and the room itself does not inspire any one to workout. Finally, everyone raves about the customer service. But one person's attitude at the front desk over parking ruined that impression for me. However, I will give exceptional service to the maintenance guy who stopped replacing air filters to get me some ice, instead of just pointing me in the right direction. I will look for other lodging for our future trips to this worksite. 24 February 2015
