Arrived on my birthday and wished happy birthday by all staff especially Billy and Jenny. They remembered my birthday till I checked out after 3 days (wow)!!
Very convenient to take the metrorail and even to the airport. Will definitely stay there again.

This Holiday Inn has a wonderful staff. Their pool is great and so is the restaurant's food and staff. It's nice to have a place to do laundry, which I did while I was there.

This is a great place to stay. Initially stayed due to location and close proximity to hospital. The service received was exceptional. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, courteous, personable, friendly, and respectful. They even remembered my name and addressed me by name.
The housekeeping staff is among the best you will ever find. The
room was clean - provided linen changes. As my trip was not a pleasure trip; they staff made us feel comfortable while we were there.
Will stay there every time I visit the area.

Well, well, what can I say. This has to be the best Holiday Inn I ever stayed at. From the location to room comfort to staff and all the way to food. This hotel and it's staff went beyond the call of duty to help serve my needs during my 2 month stay. As a medical student, I felt like I was at home. I must thank starting all the way from the top without mentioning full names: Nonnie, Claudia, and I believe the male manager's name is Mario if I am not mistaken helped in giving me an awesome rate for my long stay. Thank you :) !!! Claudia was kind enough to give my family and I a voucher at one of the in-house restaurants when there was a slight error in one of our reservations. Nonnie and Mario were awesome in their hospitality. Next, Edgar my man. You were awesome. You helped accommodate my needs when I needed to get work done in the business center so thank you. Angel, Gabriel, Jenny, May, Kellyn,and Amanada at the front desk during the mornings were so generous and always offered their warm welcoming smiles every morning as I rushed out to work. Thank you so much. Last, but not least, Zach and Bill the new guys as I left Holiday Inn did wonderful job with their hospitality. I am sorry if I left anyone out but to you all, Thank you. As I have told you all countless times, this is the Best Holiday Inn ever :) !!

The overall stay was pleasing. The staff were very friendly and courteous. My only gripe would be that the wifi kept cutting in and of for me. But that wasn't that important to me. The breakfast buffet was great too.

We used this hotel as we moved our son into the University of Miami which was conveniently located across route# 1. Everyone at this hotel was friendly and professional including: the manager (we forgot his name), Billy at the front desk, Debra at the restaurant, the cleaning staff, the bartenders, the shuttle bus drivers namely Dallas, and everyone else. Since neither my wife or I have smart phones, and we did not bring our laptops, the two of us relied on the two desk top computers in the lobby. Unfortunately, we found these two machines to be remarkably slow. It would take literally several minutes for the machines to load pages such as facebook or various searches using google. It seemed that these delays were typically in the late afternoon to the early evening. Not to dwell on the negative, we had our breakfast in the restaurant every morning before we started our day. The service was perfect and the food excellent. Thank you for easing the pain as we left our college freshman to explore his future. We look forward to staying at this hotel very soon. Keep up the great job and your efforts.

I especially appreciated the the addition of refrigerator & microwave oven to guest rooms. I also would like to acknowledge the helpfulness, cooperation and professionalism of Jenny & Angel of your management staff.
On the other side the workout room is due for a long needed upgrade as well as the frequently dropping hotel internet.. There seem to be a shortage of a desk chair for guest room desk and table.

Check in was simple and easy. Rosie got me my room fairly quickly. The room was comfortable and the bed was amazing. Claudia and the staff made check out fairly painless as well. Overall, great experience. If I need to stay in a hotel in Miami again, I'll know where to go!

We picked this hotel because of the convenience of walking to the nearby synagogue for a family function. We didn't even have to walk on the busy highway because there was a back neighborhood access street. (Good for driving back to hotel too!) The rooms were good, but being a slightly older facility, the air conditioner was a bit noisy. The pool and exercise room were easily accessible and never crowded. There was always coffee and lemon water available in the lobby with cups and lids for on-the-go. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with many choices, though not complimentary. The general location of this Holiday Inn was wonderful; shopping, public transit, I95 and @ 20 minutes to the airport. Last, but not least, the staff was friendly and helpful including the lovely lady who helped me in the gift shop. We'll have no hesitation coming back.

What a wonderful experience it was staying at this hotel. It's like being at a resort without the resort prices. The property is clean, well maintained and comfortable. It is modern with just the right touches. Staff go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. It is well located to all areas of Miami. The restaurant was excellent, as well. We will stay at this hotel on every trip to the Miami area in the future, and highly recommend it to others!!!

Internet was extremely slow for the duration of our stay (5 nights), and there was no hot water on one day due to boiler failure. However, customer service at this hotel is excellent. Management went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable and gave us breakfast vouchers and a hand written card apologizing for any inconvenience and thanking us for our stay. Claudia in particular was extremely helpful. This location is perfect for the University of Miami and the pool area is very nice. We will stay again.

First of all when we checked in we were greeted with a smile and superior service the Hotel was very clean and inviting, our room was very nice the only problem was the bath tub drain which did not drain very well.
The location of the Hotel was convenient, close to the University of Miami, which is why we choose it.
I would definitely go back.

When we first arrived, there was a large party in front of us and it delayed our check-in. However, once we got to the front, we were given a free upgrade (nice 1st floor room right next to the pool and away from other guests). The room was very nice; as is usual for hotels, the bed was a little stiff, but this is expected nowadays.
What was not expected was the service quality at the restaurant, which we used twice; once for dinner and once for b-fast. Once we were seated for dinner, which was quick, we waited for 10-15min before we decided no one was coming by to give us water or menus. As we were getting up to leave, a server finally came by to give us the expected water and menus and to assure us service would be prompt. It was prompt from then and the food was outstanding, if slightly overpriced. B-fast servers gave the impression that they didn't care about their jobs or the patrons. food was not great, but not bad in this regard.
Pool was amazing, too, btw. Completely clean, 8ft deep-end, warm water. All it needed was a diving board to make it complete.
Overall, it was a very good hotel. Just maybe plan on driving to meals.

I want to thank Miguel, Rose, Debra and all the staff at the hotel for their warm peronalities and smiles I'm greated with everyday! It's truly hard being away from home every week, but they and many other make my weekly stay here comfortable and enjoyable.

I am a frequent traveler on the road and I absolutely insist my travel agent books me at this hotel. The front desk service is incredible:) I absolutely adore Yonne whom wa so helpful and incredible in maiking sure I was comfortable and assisted me in getting to work on time the day after I arrived.
This is the only place I will stay at in Coral Gables!!!!

This is about my 5th stay at this Holiday Inn. What was disappointing this time was that I was not advised about construction prior to my arrival and that the electric went out in my room several times in the morning when I was trying to get to an event.
