Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Location - Close to Subway We stayed here because of the proximity to the subway. It is only about a ten minute walk to the subway - very convenient. The neighborhood has a grocery store and a couple of street-stands where you can get a reasonably priced snack. The hotel was very nice, and the staff was very welcoming. The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the size of the room. With four people, it was a bit cramped. I don't blame this on the hotel, though - this is New York City, after all, and space is limited. Very clean and met my expectations of what a Holiday Inn should be like. I would definitely stay here again! 13 November 2014

The service personal are great and they always had an smile for us and offered help; we were offered to use the shuttle to return to the airport. 05 November 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Over priced hotel After sleeping in 100 IHG hotels during the last 2 years, this was one of the most worn-out Holiday Inn hotel I have ever seen. At the same time it was one of the most expensive.Also the restaurant is serving medium quality food/breakfast for high price. It seems that somebody is unfairly trying to benefit from Holiday Inn brand maximising short-term earnings. I will definitely look for other hotel/brand next time I'm at Laguardia Airport. 02 November 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel was average Holiday Inn The hotel is definitely satisfactory and is a really good value for the area. I would recommend the hotel again except for the issue I outline below. One thing I want to caution others on is the availability of transportation. There will not be a cab at the hotel for your use. The front desk calls a Limo service for you instead of a cab- which costs twice as much as a cab. I asked for a cab but got the limo. I recommend calling a cab yourself rather than the front desk to be sure you get what you want and pay what you want. 30 October 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable bed and good location Comfortable bed and located close to NYC Subway to avoid driving into the city. Could use some upgrade to the restaurant to match the hotel level of service. Sports bar is good but a little too small for game days. Exterior appearance is well maintained and clean interior. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Will recommend to other to use. 29 October 2014
