Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I stayed here only 2 nights. There were several things I did not like about my room. The TV programming was such that there was no channel identification so you didn't immediately know what channel you were on; you couldn't enter a channel number on the remote so you had to page through channels one at a time; the channel list provided by the hotel was no where near correct. The shower was strange. I think it had originally been a bathtub because the plumbing fixture to adjust water flow and temp was down really low. Then, a piece of glass from top to bottom made it impossible to turn the water on unless you were standing IN the shower and the fixture was broken so temp regulation was very difficult. There was no door on the shower so water splashed onto the floor. I was also disappointed there was no breakfast or 24hr coffee/tea bar. I had dinner in the Pine Restaurant and it was very good. But it seemed like the hotel limited services typically offered by Holiday Inns because of the restaurant. Not a great value. 10 January 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room Service and Front Desk I want to say how great that the front desk employees including Ivonne is. Ivonne went out of her way to help us and make our stay the best it could be. You should be proud to have Ivonne as a manager. I also want to mention a person in your housekeeping dept. Drita housekeeping on the 7 th floor she is amazing when I come to stay at your hotel I always request the 7 th floor because I know my room is always cleaned, again you should be proud to have an employee such as Drita. Because of Ivonne and Drita I will always recommend your hotel to other people I know. 31 December 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by My favorite little hotel. I like this hotel. It is very easy to drive to and has a parking lot at the hotel. (Many NYC hotels have parking nearby...) The front lobby is always pleasant to look at and my room is always clean. Antonio who works the front desk is very professional and the cleaning staff always treat me with courtesy and sincerity. They never make me feel like I am bothering them if I need something. 24 December 2014
