Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Extortionate breakfast prices make sure you prebook!!! Overall good hotel but we got caught out by not prebooking breakfast which I nearly fell through the floor at the price £16.95 each!!! Had to pay really as had 3 and 5 year old with us that needed feeding, wish we had prebooked defo would have if they had made it more clear the price difference. Wasn't happy at all. 26 August 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel in a convenient location We stayed at this hotel for one night prior to flying out of Gatwick. The two rooms we had booked were typical Holiday Inn rooms. We ate in the bar fairly late and the food was fine. We had planned to use adjacent the fitness centre for an hour in the morning but were disappointed to learn that there was an admisson charge! As it was a nice morning we went for a work around Worth. We found check in a little congested, especially after a long drive. The hotel is about10 minutes from Gatwick airport. 25 August 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and convenient for Gatwick We stayed here as a nightstop before a very early flight from Gatwick. The hotel is located just a few miles away from the airport but is in a nice country setting. Rooms were modern, well equipped and comfortable. Bar food was good and with a good selection. Definitely recommend. 18 August 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortble stay We are really dissapointed in our stay in Holiday Inn Luton, we travelled 2 and 1/2 hours from wales and we were hoping to have a little time to relax and swim on our short break . On our arrival, we found out the swimmingpool is closed that date we arrived 7th of august. Our daughter is so upset when we she found out that we can'tgo swimming. The full english breakfast meal was okay but the bed we slept in room 153 was so hard and spring mattress is already sticking out which We are really dissapointed. We woke up having backpain and feeling so tired because of the discomfort. It's not the type of experience we've expected as We always book in Holiday Inn whenever we travel and this is the first time we have experience this kind of dissatisfaction. 10 August 2014
