Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Columbus Day '14 Stayed 3 days - every day room keys expired could not get in outside entrances or room, Had to go to desk to get new keys each day. usually after parking at end of lot and could not get in except for walking down to front entrance. First day left room at 10 AM returned at 10 PM -ROOM HAD NOT BEEN SERVICED - NO TOWELS ETC. Had to hang around lounge while someone was found and sent to clean room - do bed and bring towels. very disappointed - however will point out that staff were very pleasant and professional. 17 October 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy due to a wedding We happened to get a handicapped room, which we did not ask for. It had a walk-in shower, and the water ran out all over the bathroom. We had to call housekeeping and a person came and mopped it up, but it was not what we expected. We were downstairs and it was very noisy, people with children running up and down the hallway and talking loudly. 16 October 2014
