On arrival in Executive Room 119 (30 Jan.2016) we found difficulty in switching on bedside lights, one had faulty bulb while other required knowledge of small on/off switch on actual fitting as opposed to main switch on wall beside bed. This was pointed out to us by a very helpful (Romanian) member of staff who renewed faulty bulb
. The standard lamp did not work and staff member was unable to get it working.
The hook behind bathroom door was loose and hanging down so it was not possible to hang any clothing / towels on it.
It was a double room but only towels for one were supplied.
Overall it was a pleasant experience staying at Inn, staff very polite and helpful. Bar food was very good, and breakfast in Fratello's was excellent.The Guinness was excellent!!!

Stayed in this hotel numerous times and always get great service from the staff. Room was clean and housekeeping were very accommodating when needing extra items and a rollaway bed. Had an issue with the TV, however this was resolved by the front of house staff within 20 minutes. Pool and sauna as always were great and not too busy. Booked breakfast with the room so great value for money with a good choice of hot and cold items. Also breakfast was being served on the Sunday up till 12pm which is a fantastic idea. First time eating at Fratello's restaurant in the hotel and the food was delicious and reasonably priced too. Enjoyed my stay so much booked in the following weekend.

The hotel provides a good service and experience. However, do not stay for the Breakfast, I have visited this hotel a number of times so it is not a one off. The breakfast is an unbelievably poor experience.
