Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs Work Unusual to find a Holiday Inn without a restaurant. while one is next door, the guest must leave the hotel to walk to it and during my stay it was bitterly cold. The restaurant is Asian and if you do not like that type of food, you must go elsewhere. It closes at 10. The hotel is old and desperately needs to be refurbished. It was not the quality I would expect of a Holiday Inn. Staff very nice. 21 November 2014

Room was quite large-used it for an event a lingerie party with snacks and it fit 12 woman comfortably sitting in the king corner suite i person stayed the night in the room bed could easily fit two adults comfortably. Great great! Praise God for the affordability! 20 November 2014

Front desk seemed understaffed, long wait for check in and checked in only for one night even though we booked two -- had to go back to get keys turned back on. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay This hotel was the designated hotel for a conference that I attended in Boston. Overall, I was very pleased with the property and the services that I received. My only problem was the toilet in my room clogged several times while I was there. However, the problem was always fixed immediately when brought to the staff's attention. I would definitely recommend the hotel and I would definitely consider staying here if I return to the Boston area. 14 November 2014
