Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Spacious room, very comfortable bed, great location, I have stayed at this property several times over the past few years. The service is always great, the lounge serves good food at great prices (burger and beer for $10).. I have been able to get a late checkout when needed. The decor has been updated recently, and servces both business guests and those on a pleasure trip equally well. I really like the fact that the elevator is only usable with a room key. Good security. The undergound parking garage is also very convenient, well-lit and gives you a sense of security. 23 December 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Forget if you need to work! Arrived in the early evening and realized almost immediately that working from the room (7th floor) would be pretty impractible. The Wi-Fi (internet) was extremely slow...to the point where it took approximately 1 hour to even write 2 paragraphs to a letter. Tried searching the internet on iPad (vs my laptop) and found that to be the same. Business meeting ended early the following day so was able to work from the room with about a 50% increase in speed during the day, but after 5 pm, FORGET IT! Took approx 1/2 hour to simply get the computer back to the point where I could even log out and shut down. 15 December 2014
