I think it's very tacky and inconsiderate to charge more for the second night. I wish we had checked out and found another place to stay for our second night. August 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant Stay I stayed at this hotel while in Denver for to attend 2 days of business meetings and was very pleasantly surprised at how well appointed it was. The company that I visited was truly up the block which made commuting for the meetings very convenient. The room was very nice and I was impressed with the sitting area. I did have a small snafu upon arrival at the airport - the information that I'd been given about getting a shuttle was incomplete. The lady that I spoke to when I called the Holiday Inn did give me the name of the shuttle company, but failed to tell me that I had to call or go online to make a reservation for the shuttle prior to my arrival. I ended up paying a ridiculous amount for a cab from the airport to the hotel. When I explained my frustrations to the gentleman at the front desk upon check-in, I was provided with complimentary meal and bar coupons. That definitely smoothed things over a great deal. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to all of my peers. August 18, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst hotel experience ever From broken elevators that several guests including ourselves needing to take 9 flights of stairs; to dirty dishes left right outside our door by previous guests, still there when we checked in...still there next morning as well, this was by far our worst hotel experience ever. Very loud guests partying in halls till well after 3:00 am. We called front desk who did absolutely nothing. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Our Holiday Inn days are done. We will not pay so much for such a place again. And no continental breakfast to boot! August 12, 2015
