Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very clean room! We were at this Holiday Inn for only one night. The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The parking area was small, but there was a parking garage for use if your vehicle would fit. Unfortunately, we were traveling with a carrier on top of our suv so we could not park in the garage. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. June 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cleaning Staff, Access Card We were dumbfound to find when we first checked in there was no toilet paper, so after we have to use it we have to call housekeeping which is probably an honest mistake. Then the cleaning staff made extra effort as we are always in the room during her cleaning routine in the morning then back a bit late already found the room cleaned up nicely. The access card is annoying as it always gives us strange problem by cannot accessing the room every day, except the last day. So after ready to rest, we have to come down to the front desk to ask them fixed the card as it's not read properly somehow by the room door. The swimming pool was appealing but when near it, the chlorine smell was overwhelmingly strong and we just stayed away from it. June 25, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel, Needs Recliner Wanted to stay downtown Denver but prices were crazy. Chose this property halfway between downtown and airport. GREAT VIEWS! LOVE THE BALCONY! Wish there was patio furniture (chair, table) to enjoy the sunset and the incoming thunderstorm with my coffee on the balcony. Had to drag the exec chair out there each time. Wish there was a recliner in the room. No chair other than exec chair. Great parking surface and underground - handy in view of recent hail storm in Denver. GREAT RESTAURANT! Ate there twice. Breakfast buffet was good, nice selection. Love eggs cooked to order. Waitstaff at breakfast was slow. Loved the infused water available in the lobby and the complimentary coffee in the morning. Moved to downtown hotel for 3 days of conference after this stay and they didn't offer morning coffee other than purchase for $3/cup. A couple of glitches during the stay but the front desk quickly and efficiently made adjustments for them no questions asked. Love the neighborhood. Downtown in 10 min. A myriad of restaurants and stores across the street. So handy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! June 20, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by So-So A good middle-of-the-road hotel. Food is good, but greasy. Room is okay. I'm allergic to feathers and do appreciate the polyester-filled pillows. Lack of attention to detail is displayed in the elevators, seen by all, where the fiberboard walls are so poorly finished around the window frames. I stayed for a week teaching a class in their conference center. Generally their meeting rooms are very good; however, this time we were in C-10, adjacent to the fitness center. There is no soundproofing whatsoever. Every time a person pressed a button to set a machine or change a TV channel, the machine BEEPED. Very distracting to all of us. June 20, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good First Impression, Terrible Stay Despite the hotel's good location and positive first impression my stay was inadequate and not worth the expense of this hotel. Problems - Ceiling of hotel leaks during rain storms as evidenced by towels strewn throughout hotel lobby - After the first night, of a multiple night stay, my hotel was never properly cleaned, toiletres restocked, or linens changed, despite request and vacancy of room during the entire day. When brought to the attention of the front desk the issue was not addressed in a timely manner and on two occasions I remade my own bed (after hunting down the proper size sheets from security) and restocked my own toiletres. Do not recommend this hotel for other travelers. June 10, 2015
