Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by irritating I stay in many hotels. despite a guaranteed check in I was 'bumped'. Unacceptable, this was a horrible experience especially as the hotel I was moved to was lesser - no room service which I only realised when it was to late to eat anywhere else. Hungry. If you bump hotels need to upgrade...... I stayed for six nights. For two the room key failed meaning a long trip back to reception. in three rooms the safe didn't work again talks with reception . This should be part of basic housekeeping check. breakfast lacklustre and service slow. Sometimes over 10 minutes before coffee was offered. Ironic This is a key thing I want at breakfast but the only thing I needed the staff for! Single bed despite request for double. 29 March 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Parking a mystery and bed the worst ever Simple things made my stay at the hotel very disappointing, parking is in a multi storey near to the hotel but this is not made clear on the website and you are only given a 50% discount so expect to pay £8 per night, not a lot but annoying that it is a hidden cost. The mattress in room 421 has completely had it and needs replacing, why don't the hotel know this The breakfast was great and the dining facility is very good, unfortunately the place was empty, there was no buzz about it which is a real shame because it is a very nice area 26 March 2015

The fitness facilities are great and the dining good too. There's never any noise from outside the room and the beds are comfortable. 24 March 2015
