While this property is older it is clean and safe. Do not care for the old in wall air and heat- very hard to regulate. Restaurant hours are a little restrictive which is hard, since there is no comp breakfast- think Holiday Inn Express.
The new gal that was at the desk- I CANNOT remember her name, was WONDERFUL! (She is a keeper!) I know she has only been there a little over a week and I want to tell you that she will be an asset to your property.
Room was quiet, nice bed, good pillows, etc. I would have liked more TV channels.

This is not a luxury hotel by any means, although you may not know it by the room rate. It does have a great staff that really wants to make sure you have whatever you need. There's even a 24 hour snack shop.
They handle a lot of tours from overseas and the breakfast line can get really stacked up. When that happens the staff works double time and despite the crowd, there's very little waiting and non-tour guests are treated like VIPs. I've never seen that anywhere else.
The room was uninsulated from highway noise, but the bed and HVAC system were so comfortable, I still got a good night's sleep. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants so anything you need is close by. I'll stay there again.
