This is easily the least pleasant aspect of what was a pleasant hotel experience. please learn from your hotel staff, who were lovely and would never dream of forcing a customer to write a review... 12 December 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a memorable stay Arrived the hotel at about 8pm after a long flight, the check in took a long time. The priority desk for Platinum Check In was there, but there was no one there to handle my check in even though I sat there for more than 15 minutes, waiting to be checked in. Might as well remove the counter altogether if it is not meant to have anyone there! No upgrades where given due to full capacity, which i can accept. But no newspaper for Platinum Elite member is ridiculous. Looks like someone is not working. Again, check out took some time and surprisingly, I realized that my membership number was not entered to the system even though I passed them my card during check in. Not too sure what went wrong, but after staying in this hotel for many times, this is the worst experience ever as an Elite member! The only good staffs you have is the concierge. I saw them going into the back office to request for people to help me during the check in, but no one seems bothered to come out. Should I be coming back to this hotel next time? I have to think hard about it... 03 December 2014
