Unfortunately I was not able to try lunch or dinner in hotel, but breakfast was great.Everything was fresh. The room was comfort , but I expected more cleaning. room service was very good.They were really polite and kind. everyday we had newspaper which was great. The pool was on the roof and the environment was good. Hotel staffs help me a lot about Dubai. Generally I would suggest you to stay in this hotel if you have business trip to Dubai. And the most positive thing about this hotel was the distance to US embassy. It takes 5 minutes by walk 17 December 2014

The general hotel amenities were of a very high quality and I'd have no hesitation in recommending the hotel as either a business or recreational stay. Special mention must go to Habid, who drove us to the beach on a regular basis and was a constant support to us, giving some excellent advice for our stay in Dubai. His attitude epitomised the excellent level of service throughout the hotel. 13 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by OUTSTANDING ATMOSPHERE AND TOP SERVICE It's not only HI Bur Dubai's excellent features and outstanding service that counts when you are travelling, it's the way staff and management assist you and deal with any issues that may arise when travelling. The way the hotel dealt with a small issue completel exceeded my expectations. Thanks HI Bur Dubai for your wonderful hotel. Gold Pass extra features are wonderful, with the extra priviliges. The management has a highly motivated staff, with great public relations for extra care and attention. My second visit was even better than my first. This HI will always remain one of my favourites, and is recommended for a wonderful stay. 07 December 2014
