Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A really Enjoyable Stay I simply adored the Holiday Inn Bur Dubai - Embassy District. I stayed for 7 nights and every single employee did their job wonderfully. A lot of good points to give to the concierge/bellman Louis and Razid who are indeed helpful with information and always ready to help. Good job to Norielle at the front desk who is really wonderful and helpful too. And last but not least, Vasudez at the bar who did a tremendous job. As we spent most of our evening in the bar and roof to have meals and beverages, he provided us with such a great service that our entire group of 6 people were astonished by his professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the person who did my check in, but thank you for you recognition and great service. However, service is not all, the noise is a bit troubling in the rooms at night. Not for my room, but for my parents' who did not fully enjoy their nights in the comfy beds because of the bars and their loud music (and they were on the 2nd floor). The food at the bar and restaurant is really great and the pub. Especially the IHG buffet. Overall, almost everything was great and thank you for a wonderful stay. October 5, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by absolutely no recommendation! Overall the hotel is in a good shape and an average Holiday Inn. Despite that, there is one absolute no go with this hotel. Parts of the hotel lobby seem to be a well-known discothek among the locals. Relaxing and sleeping before 3 a.m. to 4 a.m. in the morning is simply impossible. Feedback after check-out was simply ignored. No excuses, no regret. Seems like this hotel doesn't care about customers experience. With this experience the hotel is not even worth a single star! Etgage wurde duch lautes Dröhnen aus der darunterliegenden Disko erheblich gestört. Eine 2malige E-Mail Anfrage über einen ev. vorhandenen Zu-Abbringer Service Airport-Hotel wurde nicht beantwortet. Diese Anfragen wurden über Ihr Internet-Portal (Kontakt) geschickt. Schade !!! September 30, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by A Worse Experience of Holiday Inn I selected this place keeping in view of its location. But was highly disappointed. A worse place to stay. No welcome drinks offered to IHG members, the attitude of staff was entirely arrogant, bossy and non cooperative. It appears as you are living free of cost. Cleanliness standard was pathetic. No privacy, hall / lounge was always full of Non hotel guests. No variety in breakfast. No etiquettes by staff members. I wanted to use computer for printing of my boarding pass, and had to undergo many checks. surprisingly computers were controlled by the lobby boy, who had no knowledge of it. Printer was not working. Thanks to the only one receptionist, who managed my print out. Will never come back to this, if even free of cost. September 23, 2015
