The good, lovely hotel and rooms really comfy
The bad, I was over charged so wrote a complaint to which I was refunded but told when I arrived that their would be a complimentary bottle of wine in my room, which there was not, so kind of felt like that side of customer service wasn't kept as working in customer service myself if I say I'm going to do something then I do it!
Also we made a booking for an evening meal at reception and asked for 5.30 to which the receptionist said would be fine but then when we got down we were told that meals don't start until 6pm so kind of disappointing
Overall a comfortable stay let down by some customer service issues!

The strong smell of paint means the room (115) room has obviously had a recent makeover. But the quality of the paint work and the fact that there is spilt paint on the bathroom floor show poor workmanship. There is also a large gap above the toilet flush which again show poor quality. Its great to see that the hotel is making an effort to revitalise the rooms but if the quality is poor then it defeats the point.

Room and bed were comfortable. Little fridge included. Made use of the good swimming pool. Breakfast really good with outstandingly friendly helpful waiters and waitresses. All the staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. An excellent stay.

Upgraded to Superior room. Only the bathroom has been refurbished and its very nice, however the rest of the room lets this hotel down.
The door to the room has seen better days with peeling paint and it rattles when closed. Wallpaper and paintings very old and scruffy looking. Floor boards are so squeaky its unreal.
On previous stays, service in the restaurant has been very slow and food only average.
Its currently being refurbished throughout so may my comments could be a little harsh. I will give it another go soon.

Decided to stay here for a chill-out stay over a weekend. Whilst it is obvious that this hotel is targeted at business users, the facilities available were of a very high standard, and suited our needs to a T. The location s only a 5 minute Taxi ride to the Old Village also, a real bonus.
The only thing to bear in mind is that there does not appear to be any free WiFi facility, hopefully this will follow soon. The room I stayed in was recently refurbished, and without fault. Overall a very good experience.

I stayed here for 2 night while going to a family wedding close by. The hotel was better then I expected. The staff friendly, room comfortable, food freshly cooked. All in all, a very pleasant stay and place to meet up with family.
