Staff is nice and efficient check in - check out.
Price was really high for the quality of the room.
Pillows are terrible smelly, even the pillow covers are clean the pillows have a gross old like smell (many heads on it with no cleaning, just cover change?)
Provide with clean and not-smelly pillows.
They smelled like old dirty pillows.
Mattress is really worn out.
There is no breakfast included in the rate. Most hotels offer a good breakfast for these high rates.
Light in bathroom goes on an off.
You cannot access or print your boarding pass at the business centre.

When I booked my room for this visit I used my Rewards Points allowing me to save money during my visit to Chicago. Had I truly known about the condition of the room, I would not have wasted my points at this location. The room was definitely less then what I am typically used to staying in for a Holiday Inn. I'm bummed I used all my points knowing it will take so long to build up again!

We need a room for a drive and fly from the Chicago O'Hare airport. Our stay on the front end and back end were made comfortable and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, this time I was extremely disappointed. My room smelled like smoke, the wallpaper was peeling from the wall and I had hair in my bed prior to me using it. The beds were somewhat uncomfortable and the TV had issues, the cable needed to be reset.
