Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good quality, traditional hotel I was very impressed with the friendliness of the front desk staff. I was given a proper welcome on arrival and checked out with a smile on departure. The room was good quality and comfortable. My only criticism would be the climate control in the room was fixed on winter settings and the ability to change to aircon for room cooling was disabled. 16 December 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant staff, poor variety breakfast. I appreciate this opportunity to review my stay at you hotel. Staff behavior is great, very pleasant and good empathy. Room is clean and even extra toiletries are offer, I would appreciate some more details in the bathroom. Check-in gift is a value, but you may also offer some varied to chocolate bar ( I don´t like it at all...), e.g: salted snack, bar discount.. Breakfast buffet is enough for a healthy and wealthy morning bite, but I would appreciate change it during the week...not exactly the same daily. Thank you again. Best regards, 11 December 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to usual Holiday Inn standards Very disappointing stay and I would not use this hotel again when visiting Farnborough. The rooms were extremely noisy and totally lacked any sound proofing. If you are a light sleeper then book somewhere else as you will not sleep. The rooms are also tired and need updating. 09 December 2014
