Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Security guard helpfulness We just wanted to thank the night security guard on duty the night of July 16, 2015. That night we damaged the hatchback window our brand new Nissan Rouge in the Lincoln Center parking garage. We were stunned and shocked by this event and we had many concerns about the security of our car and any rain that might occur during the night while we slept in your hotel. When we arrived at the Holiday Inn, your security guard moved your van so that we could park close to the front door in full light. Then he told us he would take care of covering the broken window with tape and plastic in order to protect it from rain. When we returned to our car the next morning, we found he indeed did as he promised and we were so pleased and thankful for his help. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excelent it impact me, in my 2nd staying day, I ask one of the lady in charge of cleaning the rooms for a wine opener and she stop what she was doing and in less than two minutes she came back with a wine opener, she really impacted me. that was nice. July 17, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kudos to Mark of reception and Mercedes of Housekeeping I wasnt looking forward to the 4 days that i will be recovering from a scheduled surgery at a nearby hospital. Mark checked me in to get me all sorted in my room before heading to the hospital. The room was quiet and clean - just as requested. The next day amd theremaining days of my stay, Mercedes came to my room amd fluffed everything and giving me a "fresh" bed again. We used the hotel transport to pick us up from the GWB. It was on time and driver was courteous. I havent tried the bar/restaurant but i noticed lots of people having their meals there. So it cant be bad. The location is great. Close to Manhattan. The internet is very slow. I managed to get some work done but it took a lot of time to finish and my meds were kicking in. July 15, 2015
