Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and excellent service from the staff We stayed 2 nights using priority points and money combined. The 3rd night we paid for but the room that we were in was not available (due to the hotel being sold out) so we were going to have to transfer to another room. The morning that the transfer was going to happen, we asked Char (front desk associate) if there had been any cancellations so we could stay in the same room. She looked to see and unfortunately there wasn't any. We were going to have breakfast in the lounge (which was excellent) and while we were eating, Char came to our table to inform us that there was a cancellation and that we would not have to change rooms after all. She even took my information from me so all I would have to do is sign and get my new keys when we were done with breakfast. This was a great experience and shows that the staff cares about their guests. Thank You Char... 04 January 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Poor and old equipment We can't use condition at all time cause it was very noise. The room was wet air. On the floor smelled bad The bathroom would fall off the hanger The excellent sound insulation on 5 flour Hotel requires equipment overhaul. Close to Hotel the Dennys where I do not recommend having breakfast/lunch/dinner. 15 minutes from Disneyland and excelent staff. 29 December 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Comfortable Stay We had 4 individual rooms and all of us were very comforable. Hotel was very accommadating and our check-in staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing I was concerned about was in the shower. Would have liked a handle bar on the wall for safety. Otherwise all went well. Thanks. 28 December 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel, just a little wrong at the check out We went to this hotel for our honey moon and it was an excellent hotel over all the only thing that i didn´t like is that they were EXTREAMLY insistent at the time of leaving the room. The check out time was at 12:00 pm. and they where calling us and knocking on our door since 11:40!! just because my husband went to tell them to prepare our check out (we didn´t knew that doing things with anticipation will be so annoying!!!) But the hotel it´s great! we deffinetly stay there again. 03 December 2013
