Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great food and a great night sleep This hotel was just what we were looking for as we had an early flight it was perfect just to stay over night. From checking into the hotel, the reception staff were lovely and very welcoming. The bedroom was perfect just what we needed for the night, comfy bed and everything in the room was working and just what we needed. Going into the bar area was very relaxing and freindly service, also with my 2 year old nephew the staff were very nice to him. We went into the restaurant for dinner the food was lovely very tasty and the staff were great. All the staff around the hotel were very nice and even checking out at 5am the staff were smiling and very helpful. Would definatly recommend this hotel and we will be back. 21 September 2014

We stayed in the London Gatwick HI for one night and stayed in room 404. We had a twin bedded room and arrived around 6 Pm. As from entering the hotel you can see that it s run like a well oiled machine - all the personnel spoke with a slight accent but were supermotivated and superfriendly ! The hotel and room itself were spotless clean , no stains on the carpet , etc... The room itself is not enormous but was perfectly clean ! The service in the restaurant and bar : we Were impressed by the overmotivated girls Who work there - if i would be in the hotel Business , i would offer these girls a job im Mediately ! Agnieska and an estonian girl : An example for restaurant business! Overall a perfect stay 19 September 2014
