Ideal location at the airport for an "early" start to your holiday or trip.
The parking meet and greet service was well organised and easy to use.
It would have been useful to have access to the car the following morning before heading off to "deposit" our overnight stuff.

We booked a family room (two adults, two children) with parking for the night before an early morning flight. Checking in was quick and the service was notably excellent (both at 9 at night and 4 in the morning when we left). The price was good value as it included parking for the duration of the holiday and the shuttle bus to the airport like clockwork.
The only problem- a big one for a hotel stay- was that the second bed (a fold-out couch) was really poor. The mattress was so thin and worn that the springs were easily felt, resulting in a poor night's sleep.
Check on the sofa bed mattress in 310, please. It needs changing! Otherwise a great service.

Staying at the holiday inn was a good experience thanks to the efficient and helpful staff that made everything easy. A great place to stay if you are flying from Gatwick airport.

A very convenient hotel for flights to Gatwick. The parking and hotel package is extremely good value for money and bus transfers to the airport are regular, cheap, quick and high quality.

No thrills accommodation is ideal for overnight stay between flights.
Rooms are practical rather than luxurious but clean and comfortable enough.
All the staff seemed efficient and friendly but for me this hotel took advantage of the captive customer syndrome.
Stuck in overnight airport accommodation waiting for their holiday to start, this hotel charges too much for food and drink, safe in the knowledge that going elsewhere really isn't an option.

3rd time i have stayed at this with my family and a great service every time. this was the first time we have had an evening meal at the hotel, we've had breakfast there before and its always been good. other times we have stayed at the hotel we have gone out to the local pubs and restaurants for food. this time as we were flying so early we decided to try the restaurant at the hotel, sorry after we never used it the other times we stayed at the hotel. the staff couldn't do enough for you especially artur who was good fun. 1 or 2 of our family are fussy eaters don't like this and that, but it was no trouble for the staff that served us and the order was correct when our food arrived. great start to the holiday with no arguments that i didn't want this and don't like this ect.
great service all round reception staff, bar staff and restaurant staff.
will definitely be staying and eating at the restaurant of the hotel in the future.
