Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Small dark room with inadequate work space The room was rather dingy - I could cope with this but the desk was tiny and this, combined with the lack of power sockets, made it very difficult to work in my room - I could only use the desk if I moved the tea tray on to the floor the make room for my lap top and even then had no space for papers. I would not stay here again. 22 April 2015

Rooms are immaculate and as I like my tea, the housemaids had no hesitation in providing me with a few extra teabags and milk pots. I feel the breakfast is overly priced but apart from that the dining room and menu is good. The hotel is convenient to the shopping areas, railway station and bus station. 22 April 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend Break with Family Another great stay at this hotel. Very Friendly Staff who recognised me as a Priority Club Elite Member. I used Priority Club reward points for two rooms, which both clean and cosy. Both Breakfast and Dinner were quality, plentiful and tasty! I would highly recommend staying here! 10 April 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff. Good Service and comfortable bed Stayed at the Holiday Inn Glasgow City Ctr Theatreland. I found reception and bar staff friendly. Room clean, tidy but on the small side. Comfortable bed but again on the small side for a tall gent as I am. Breakfast was buffet style well cooked and hot but only scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, beans and mushroom available on the hot plate. Maybe a greater range of items can be made available. 09 April 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Crumpy staff Alishia / Alisha at the desk was a little big crumpy at sunday morning 5 april. When i was handing her my card / key i dropped it on the desk because it was not working for the elevator, and she said, please do not throw card at me, i mean, i dropped it, then when she was fixing the card she dropped it on the floor, so we were probably both throwing cards there. Then she gave it to me and did not say anything, not here you go, or anything, she took the silence on me. When something like this happens i look into my own and think, was this my fault somehow?? I forgot to say good morning, but that is not an explanation for this behavior. I felt bad after this conversation. Other staff were very kind all the stay and very clean hotel. Will recommend to others. 08 April 2015
