Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by when things go wrong Our recent stay at Glasgow Airport Holiday Inn hotel might have been a bad experience but for the kindness and efficiency of the staff. At about 1030pm load bangs which sounded like gun fire coming from maintenance work across the road at the airport started and continued with drilling until we went to the reception at about 1100pm. The duty manager and her staff were going off duty but she waited behind with the night duty Manager, phone over to the airport manager and arranged for a room change to the other side of the Hotel.This was much appreciated by myself and my wife especially the fact she waited behind to sort things out. In the morning she took the time to ask if everything had been ok. Thanked her and told her we had slept like logs. 20 December 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by holiday inn glasgow airport we have stayed here on numerous occasions and new the standard to expect , easy and pleasant check in, lovely clean room , now the bathroom --nice clean BUT THE BATH IS TINY my wife is 4 ft 11 in and even she said it was tiny ,so that was the reason it only gets 4 stars, breakfast well the lady in charge of breakfast is very pleasant as always ,the breakfast is great ,terrific choice and a toaster that actually works first time ,only complaint about breakfast is the coffee --it is cold and sorry to say not very good but other than that great, as I said at the beginning stayed here lots of times , know what I am getting and great value 15 December 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very very cold room Bed good. room good Heating very bad Towel rail not connected to electrical feed socket Secondary double glazing useless. Room service was very expensive. Breakfast was about . Breakfast from restaurant was OK. so added charge excessive. Restaurant could be much better. (no other option as all other eating places are air side of the terminal) Parking with Park Safe was good but a good distance away. Would have been difficult to find if you did not have Sat Nave or local knowledge. Some local parking for disabled people for a week or so would be a good idea. 15 December 2014
