Bedroom too hot, no air con working, did not sleep. Breakfast thoroughly enjoyed. Reception staff very helpful.

Very pleasant and attentive Front Desk staff, waiting staff less so, seemed a little stressed. Continental breakfast needs more variety ie. more fresh fruit selection, perhaps some smoked salmon, purely subjective as I never partake of the cooked breakfast.
Towels in bathroom in great need of replacement and corridors could do with a little refresh.
However, over all, a good hotel for a quick stop over before a flight.

Overall a good stay. Have stayed here before and as always check in is very busy so allow extra time if you are rushing anywhere. The restaurant gets very busy and as with other holiday inns I find it annoying that they add the service charge onto your restaurant bill by default. You have to ask to have it removed which is very uncomfortable. Tipping should be discretionary but for some reason some holiday inns including this one make you ask to have it removed.
Room size is fine and the quality of the food was good. Parking charges are expensive but it is at the airport so to be expected.
