It’s been 60 years since Kemmons Wilson opened the first ever Holiday Inn in Memphis, USA in 1952. Little did he know then that his aim of providing consistent quality of service and comfort wherever you stay would become so popular.

In fact, this was to be just one of many firsts for Holiday Inn. From the first online booking system to the first international hotel chain to open in mainland China, Holiday Inn has remained at the forefront.
