Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable bedroom and great location Hotel room and staff service are good, location is great just in the shopping area and close to famous restaurant. However, the breakfast was not so good. Breakfast time is supposed until 10:30am, when I arrived at 9am, not much choices, refill.... a bit disappointed. May 26, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious room, courteous staff Hotel is in a great location especially if you are in Guangzhou for leisure. The hotel room is clean and spacious, although the furniture and carpet is quite dated and in need of change. What I liked most is having a choice of pillows since I like to use firmer pillows. Buffet breakfast has a lot of variety but taste average. Instead, you can opt for the brunch dimsum in Shifu Court which was delicious and turned out to be cheaper. Staff are courteous and attentive in general. May 24, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 observación precios La relación precio calidad para el desayuno es desproporcionada: Un desayuno que normalmente vale 128 yuan durante las ferias locales es 168 yuan CON reserva y 228 yuan sin reserva del desayuno. En esta ocasión podía observar que la oferta era menor y el precio mayor. Aparte de esto, se nota que el fluido de personal es muy grande, y entiendo que el personal como botones, camareros etc. se van porque el salario es muy bajo. He visitado el mismo hotel durante unos 7 años y he llegado a conocer a la mayoría de la gente que trabaja ahí y noto que buen personal se ha ido, para ser reemplazado por gente con un conocimiento/servicio inferior. El director es muy eficaz, pero estaría bien poder notar su presencia en el hotel, mezclándose con los clientes. El bar está totalmente muerto y tiene un servicio pésimo. Debieran de dar más vida al bar, porque hay mucha gente que viaja sola, y cuando hay un ambiente en el bar del hotel, no se queda en su habitación, sino baja y busca contacto humano. Tiene 2 resultados: el cliente está más feliz y el hotel vende más. Veo este punto como un factor importante para el bien estar y uso más eficiente de tantos M2 que ahora dan aspecto de desierto. Es una observación que la mayoría no les va a hacer: hazme caso.... May 16, 2015
