Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 这是最差的一次Holiday Inn体验/the worst holiday-inn experience 对比前2月入住的青岛HI,以及Dalian HI express,杭州HI-CBD严重的不足,除了设施比较新以外,没有什么可圈可点 ,令人难忘的服务可言。 1)Check-in的时候,前台男性员工在一个人当班的情况下面,无法正确妥当的处理插队办理登记/退房的客人。导致我在办理了一半的时候,频繁被插队的客人/incoming的电话所打断。一个住宿登记,在前台等了20多分钟。而且没有任何的抱歉。 2)礼宾部见客人没有礼遇的笑脸,对比青岛holiday-inn city center,就和招待所一样的面孔。保安与礼宾部职员看到客人进酒店,还依然靠在礼宾柜台聊天谈笑。 3)在房间床头柜内侧地上发现一只遗落的袜子,居然后没有被打扫。 20 June 2014

Man kann sich immer nur durch einen telefonisch herbeigerufenen Manager verständlich machen. Es gibt keinerlei Entspannungsmöglichkeite im Hotel (Massagen - wie z.B. im Holiday Inn Zuhai). In der Hotelbeschreibung sind falsche Angaben (Business Lounge im 19 Stock - das Hotel hat nur 18 Etagen. Vor dem Restaurant wird mit einem Discount für Hotelgäste für Speisen geworben - trifft nicht zu. 26 May 2014
