Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Stay Experience Sometimes arriving late night around 12:00 midnight for check in no staff will assist you in bringing down your luggage from taxi in front hotel entrance to the lobby for checking in you the one will putt all and carry out you luggage inside the hotel I experience it 3 time already ,Im feeling like not a Platinum Elite member ,requested to help me book a rewards nights so I can use my points when check out only 1 day in this hotel because I have many luggage to pack I will check out only 1 day and returned check in next day same hotel but they refer me to go website of IHG to book but very inconvenient to me to do this very tight schedule I try to talk to the Executive office and to the Reception they not reconsider even I am a long time guest here I, have a flight on Hongkong so I need to pack all my thing fo a 1 day check out because I cannot reserve my redeem point just to stay all my luggage inside the room ,sometime they never clean well the room and my bed sheet not been change sometime they forgot me to give a gift for weekly basis as a long time guest but later they constantly give it on weekly basis the gift for long stay guest 21 March 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 很幸運能病在假日酒店 這次回婆家過年,會在杭州住一星期,很幸運第三天己有強烈感冒現象,第四天巳發熱,很幸運能往在假日酒店,每天不停有暖氣供應,看看窗外,難得能遇上杭州大雪,外面真的很冷,但我身體發熱能跑到樓下health club 焗桑拿排汗,有一個舒適環境養病,真要感謝假日酒店。好的說完,現在說些不好,我的訂房是網上訂購,在酒店的餐飲消費均可八折,但我在結漲時,前台硬説沒有的,那個女名字叫JESSI ,好像我欺騙她一樣,我拿出網上下載的資料給他看,她沒有辦法又打電話問上司真有其事,才很不開心的算賬,咀上還說食飯時為啥不算清楚,滿口怨言,足足等了半小時才可成功結賬,我還要到機場坐飛機啊!這假日酒店原本印象是滿分,但因一個人關係,真的大打折扣。 05 March 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by 服务人员工作技能待加强,糟糕的入住经历 元宵节入住,第二次入住,总体感受细节不够好。员工的客户导向及责任心待加强。1、晚上21:40分左右客房服务中心没人接听电话,多次尝试仍没有接听。2、电话告知前台,后期才直接转由前台接听。3、因修指甲,需要护理包,前台告知没有,理由竟然是:我们酒店都没有,连我们的行政客房都没有配备。请问这是HI的服务标准、标准配备和客户导向吗?4、因CD订房,条款下午4点退房,但下午两点服务人员电话告知最晚三点退房,延时需要加钱。提出异议后,竟然说这是酒店政策。最终协调前台才解决。对制度很不熟悉。 25 February 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 开年的惊喜 一直住这家酒店,个人认为是洲际旗下杭州市区性价比最高的酒店。 早餐:比洲际皇冠和另一个假日都花样多。 地点:居中,到各个方向都不太远。 服务:温馨为主,比钱江新城的洲际好太多。 打车:酒店有叫车仪器,加上打车软件,还算OK,杭州打车总是很难的。 客房:稍微老旧了一些,但有几个楼层是新装修的。 停车:这是短板,地上和地下的车库地方都太小,加上白天写字楼的停车,非常拥挤,不过每次停车也都能解决。 这次退房那天是元宵节,退房时碰上酒店开展舞狮庆祝活动,开年的第一次入住有此惊喜,真是个好兆头。 19 February 2014

And after the 1st night stay, I booked another night via points redemption. However, I booked a wrong date by mistake. The stuff returned my points back to my account and gave me an upgrade deluxe room with nice fruit after I re-book a free night~ I remember the stuff at front desk was named May. 21 December 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 酒店唯一值得赞许的就是早餐 行李员把我进门当空气,前台没有微笑,一副爱理不理的样子。客房尚可房间电视太小。早餐是唯一亮点 我也是通过朋友介绍说这家酒店的早餐很不错所以才来住的。第二天的早餐果然丰盛,食物质量超好比我在杭州住的洲际,皇冠,假日三个品牌的其他酒店都好。缺点,餐厅的服务水准明显比不上厨师的服务水准,一看就是不同的管理人员管理出来的管理水平。 14 December 2013
