Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 交通方便,設施完備 這家旅館的位置位於��沙嘴的中心,離地鐵很近,又有九龍機場快線的接泊車,出行很方便。 有健身房、泳池、蒸氣室,房間內部設施也很完善。 唯一美中不足的地方是清潔人員8:30就開始一直敲門,其實只需要敲一次門,然後提醒需要打掃時把牌子掛在門把上。 17 April 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service and comfortable room I have stayed at this hotel many times over a number of years and actually moved to another hotel because this one was starting to look old and tired. I am please to say that after renovations to the rooms and a complete new club lounge being built I am back. The service has always been good and now that the whole hotel has been remodelled and freshened up it has been given a new lease of life and I am back again. Apart from an overly firm mattress the stay was comfortable and enjoyable and I will be back. 16 April 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Need a lot of improvements! I've been staying Golden Miles Holiday Inn the past few years and hoping that they will improve but..... kind of disappointed. Here is my summary of staying: 1. Getting off the airport shuttle (Kowloon Station to Holiday Inn#, again, the shuttle cannot stop in side the hotel because of .... #I still don't know why#. I had to drag 3 luggages by myself from street curb into the hotel lobby. Half way, a bell boy finally comes and didn't help me until I told him that I need to check in.....then he took over my lugguages. 2. At the IHG club counter, the Customer Service were busy with non-member customers.....and of course I have to wait till one of the CS called extra helper to help me to check in. If the dedicated IHG member counter is for IHG member, why they are helping the non-members? 3. The CS is very nice and gave me a Hall-end room which is more roomy. I told her that since my last unpleasant stay, the Hotel Manager #can't remember name) email me and said my next stay will grant me a suite as free upgrade! But the CS cannot find such a record! 4. I stay at the third floor, the AC for the Hallway is extra extra strong and is very COLD. I ask to turn it down but no improvement! I try to be a loyal customer to Holiday Inn many years...! I am wondering that I should make some change on my hotel choices on my next trip to Asia. 09 April 2015
