Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to stay I really like this hotel. It's convenient and close to NRG Park.. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The renovations are fabulous. The beds are very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. The lightweight curtain billowed out over the ac unit. We use a hair clip to secure to the heavier curtain. The lightweight curtains need a weight attached to the bottom of the curtain to keep this from happening. Our stay was great! 05 March 2015

While the restaurant was a bit on the slow side, the waitresses and bartenders were all top notch. The remodel of the hotel was tastefully done and comfortable. I will be staying at this hotel the next time I'm in that part of Houston. 05 March 2015

Thankfully, the renovation was kept to business hours, when I was out of the hotel. The room that I stayed it was updated and modern and I was impressed. 02 March 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by What a dissapointment My husband was recently diagnosed with cancer so we came all the way from San Diego To MD Anderson in Houston. Over the phone, the Holiday Inn said nothing about being under construction. We stayed there for about a week and had to move rooms 4 TIMES!!! What a joke! I would NOT recommend going there until the construction is done. So noisy and many of the facilities are closed. Also, we had to stay in the hospital unexpectedly in the middle of our trip and didn't get back to check out on time. They told us that they would only give us until 2pm to check out even though there was TONS of availability. Where is the compassion??? My husband was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer! (which I told them). Unbelievable!!! We were really bummed because this hotel has really comfortable beds and decent rooms and bathrooms. They need to work on their customer service. 27 February 2015
