The front desk staff could have taken better care of heeding my request to charge my company's account for all expenses. I gave my personal credit card at check-in, with a clear request that no holds or stay charges be applied. My company was going to cover everything as I was traveling for work. The staff placed a $900 hold on my debit account which left me with no available funds for the entire weekend following my stay. I did not provide an authorizing signature for any holds or charges. I did not find out about the deficit in my account until mothers day when I went to the gas station and my card was rejected due to insufficient funds. The hold did not expire until 5/11, 3 days after I checked out of the hotel. Subsequently, I was unable pump gas, or visit my mother, as I had made plans with her and the rest of my family. They ruined my weekend, I am furious.

All rooms and hallways smell musty. You will get the willies when walking on the carpet without shoes. And the pillows are terrible.
I stayed here a few times but never again.
The hotel has been giving an ultimatum on fixing the mess-up or losing the brand name.
And, until they do not put new carpets and get rid of the musty smell, I will not stay there.

This executive mom of two will never stay here again. Dirty rooms, no housekeeping service, abandoned at the airport at midnight, yelled at by the front desk for daring to ask for a coffee refill. I'm rethinking Holiday Inn altogether after this nightmare. I checked out early.

Ms. Champernell had a great attitude!!! She is definitely an asset for your company. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, certious, and professional. She definitely made the difference for us to stay at your property.
