Prepaid breakfast was far inferior to many less expensive motels/hotels. I would have expected much better.

I travel often, and experience hotel staff that, for the most part are inattentive and really do not want to be there. This was not the case here. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and comfortable to be around. Our party was accommodated in a gracious manor, and I left feeling we all got an excellent value, and had a good time. I usually leave a hotel and don't think about the place again because the overall experience is typically mediocre. Not the case here at all. This hotel will go on our list of places to return to. Thanks for such a good experience.

The holiday Inn has really put a lot of effort into renovation and improvements putting there properties on par with the more prominent hotels your used to staying at

Company paid for entire stay at hotel. Was great! But the bill for 4 nights stay was more than my entire months rent... recent college grad.

I stay at Holiday Inn at least once a week on business on this particular date I was running a bit late and having never asked for a late chech out (even willing pay) I requested a late check out and was flatly told NO, no reason no explanation just NO ...... What a rude way to treat a regular customer
