Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Sleepless in Houston I was assured that this hotel was fully renovated not so. The air conditioning is noisy at times and not cold enough had to adjust several times. Room was not dark enough, not clean enough. Shuttle driver in the morning shift excellent, shuttle driver in the afternoon shift not familiar with the area. Attending a wedding starts at 1:30pm arrived at 2:30pm hour late. Even when address was provided ahead of time and was assured by morning shift driver will take less than 15 mins. Requested for Airport Shuttle but they called for a cab. However staff are great! 20 August 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort and Service Everything was good. The rooms were nice and beds comfortable. Internet service and desk to handle business was available, just in front of a/c which made for discomfort some. Kids running up and down the hall for about an hour. Being renovated, had new carpet, and amenities which made it nice. Card accessed gate which added security which I thought was nice with side door entrance. 31 July 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed, free shuttle service and great service Well located within LoneStar campus and Willowbrook mall area with Free shuttle service. Ribeye steak were actually pretty good for dinner and beds are really comfortable. Would be good to add more desserts options on the menu and have a phone book for close restaurants with in room delivery for more optiosn as there are no dinning options at walking distance from the hotel. 28 July 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good staff but poor facility I chose Holiday Inn as recommended by friend. I found room is clean and staff are nice. However, I get a big issue with old equipments inside my room. 1)The air conditioner generates Huge noise when is working, really annoying. 2) The Fridge is ok for milk and fruit but totally not working for frozen food. My ice cream become complete liquid after a night, despite adjusting temperature button. 3) Very limited food selection on breakfast I don't think I will recommend it to my friends. I will try some other hotel next time. 22 July 2014
