Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel Stayed for one night as we had done about 1 month ago Find this hotel a nice place to stay in Hull and was overall very happy with the stay, room was fine, the deal having dinner bed and breakfast is great and we will make more use of in the future, found our stay very relaxing and enjoyable Bar just needs to be supervised more and not to allow large groups of males in to use bad language in public areas Apart from that it was really nice. 22 September 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Access Travel to the hotel from the direction of Humber Bridge is awkward. One has to pass the hotel, on a dual carriageway, travel about 1/2 mile to a roundabout and return on the other side to gain access. A pain if you have to go out in the car. 19 September 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Conveniently located hotel I stayed at this hotel as it is conveniently situated for 'The Deep' and the City Centre. The hotel is very clean especially the Leisure Club. Pool is immaculately clean and extremely well maintained. The quality of the food there is good especially the bar snacks. The fish and chips meal is to be recommended.. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel.It is ideally situated,close to the Old Town and the city centre with its Museums and shopping. Hotel overlooks the Marina and this adds to its charm. Room was well appointed-excellent in every way Staff very helpful. I would recommend this hotel-I shall be going back in the future.It exceeded my expectations. 10 September 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by wouldn't stay again unless I had to room not ready on time; poor management of my expectations on when the room would be ready, therefore ended up shaving in the public area toilets and changing in a toilet cubicle in order to get to a wedding on time. Very disappointed with the way the duty manager handled the situation. Add to that some other general management issues which relate to a lack of attention to detail and you have one unhappy guest who won't choose Holiday Inn again. 04 September 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by FOOD QUALITY We had room service, bbq ribs. They weren't very tasty and they were luke warm. The chips were lovely though. Breakfast was a big disappointment. The fried eggs looked like they'd been sitting there since yesterday. The sausages were too herby and luke warm. The bacon was bland. The toaster only toasted one side of the bread. 04 September 2014
