This hotel was great - probably even better during warm months since it is near the water. Quite a distance from main city Amsterdam, but travel was not difficult. Staff was courteous and helpful, hotel main areas and restaurant were really nice.

The hotel has improved slightly in a year but it is not like any other Holiday Inn. What is the corporate office doing to enforce their standards? We don't expect to be met by dogs each time we leave our room.
The internet is so poor that it is virtually unusable. The staff are so friendly that it is a tragedy that they are not supported by either policy or facilities.

Nice clean hotel, although a little out of the way when visiting out of season.
Breakfast service was a little slow and did not start at the advertised time but my stay was 3 days before christmas

Ich habe den Kurzaufenthalt genossen. Das Hotel ist auch in der kälteren Jahreszeit eine gute Wahl. Dinner im Hotelrestaurant sehr lecker ubd originell.

I was very impressed, throughout the whole process of getting organised for our Top 100, Leadership Conference, with the exceptionally high level of customer service, attention to detail and willingness to help from everyone who supported our event.
Over the 2 days, from the very beginning, the team on the reception desk, were professional and efficient, Anneka made sure all the refreshments (in the foyer area) were ready on time and the area was always clean and tidy, the evening catering team, did a brilliant job, everything running smoothly, and a great selection of dishes to suit our international team, the little touches on the main table were also great. The two guys responsible for the audio, visual equipment and the setting up of the pin boards, also made sure everything was where it had to be on time. And, again were very helpful, when we had an problem or slight issue.
Finally, not forgetting the help given by the gentleman on the night desk, who prepared name plates at the last minute, ensuring they were correct and ready first thing the following morning.
The whole team, at this hotel, worked together to make sure that the whole event ran according to plan and any last minute requirements were immediately attended to. The event received excellent feedback from our senior leadership community. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel or book again if we run a similar event in the future.
And, a special thank you to (Denise, conference organiser at the hotel) for her professionalism, calm approach and great attitude throughout the whole planning phase, and the actual event itself.
