Ich war in diesem Hotel leider nur einige Stunden, deswegen kann ich keine bessere Beschreibung machen. Aber auch für diese kurze Zeit darf ich eine positive Bewertung geben.

The front desk woman was very rude and acted like I was bothering her when I was checking in. Very expensive, from the room to the food to the beer. Would not stay there again.

I had a very nice stay for 8 nights at Holiday Inn Istanbul Airport. But just like any aspect of life there's some notes about the hotel.
-I didn't use the dinning facilities due it's high value, I preferred to eat outside (The first time in my life time history of traveling I haven't booked an included open buffet breakfast at hotel) .
- Front desk employees were all polite and helpful , except for one . I don't know his name but he argued me for like 2 mins about the internet. I was sure that the connection at my room had some problem but he didn't helped at all, he just argued that the net is working on his mobile so the connection is fine ! Anyways I tried by my ways to fix the problem and i did, thanks for my basic IT skills, it helped.
- Shuttle service was amazing, it picked me up from Ataturk airport directly to hotel, I used it twice then to the city, to Sultanahmet and Taksim sq. This service is very nice and helpful specially because of the location of hotel. This service would make me to choose this hotel again for my stay, but unfortunately it doesn't work at night towards Ataturk airport, which i hope that you could make it available 24/7 in future.
- Room service was so sufficient and friendly. They had responded in a very comfortable way,thanks to them.
-The lighting within the hallways in guest floors were dark, even though I like light lighting but it was dim to me.
