I just didn't like that the shower was not properly sealed and almost flooded the bathroom every time someone took a shower. There was also a minor leak from the sink. Otherwise, it was a very good combination between price and quality. 14 October 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not what booked Booked a room for 3 people (2 adults 11 year old child) was given a room with ONE bed. One bed? Had to have extra bed brought in but was charged 50% of the cost of the room just for the extra bed! That's a total rip off. Booked for 3 people, charged 150% of promised rate. The hotel is new, nice and clean. The staff are great except the manager is hopeless and not helpful and was the one who "stuck-it to us" with the extra charges. The grounds are bad - don't walk out front of the hotel because the smell of the open sewer will knock you over - it's absolutely disgusting. All in all I'd rate this a bad experience - it felt like bait and switch. How do you expect 3 people to share one bed? Our one night stay there - WAY OVER PRICED for what we booked. Plus this review is garbage - I can't put in my own handle - they put in "trafficnoisekeepsmeawake" or some such nonsense with no ability to change it. Be careful of what you read. 01 October 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My stay at the Holiday Inn JKT Kemayoran In short a great hotel with wonderfull staff. They just have to fix the light system that goes on and off every 10-15 min at nigth, making it impossible to sleep. Also taxi policies at the hotel are ridiculous. Need to changes that asap. But breakfast and the people serving BF are the best in the world. 17 September 2014
