Reasonable for long staying guests. Rooms are clean and we'll maintained despite being old. I will surely be back to this hotel soon. 29 May 2014

Their level of service has been constantly at a good level and this time I noticed it’s even much better. Really exceptional service. All staff members ensure that I am satisfied with your experience and they take extra care of Platinum Priority Club members. As a Platinum I had a warm welcome by you and the team - the upgrade from a standard room to a Executive floor was great with very comfortable king bed. Wireless is accessible throughout the hotel which is highly appreciated. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Omar for the warm welcome and hospitality. All in all “Well done Holiday Inn Jeddah Al Salam”. This is always my first choice of hotel in downtown Jeddah. 20 May 2014

Around you only find car repair, tiere shops and other small businesses, but no shops or better restaurants. The Hotel facilities anyhow are good. Tthey have a nice outside pool and acceptable gym. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was included in room rate and of good quality. Buffet in evenings are good, also it is very nice that it is possible to just get salads, desserts or the whole buffet. A la carte menu is available for room service or at the lobby bar. 15 May 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by All is fne but!!! Dear sir/Ms, I am thankful for contacting me. Staff is welcoming, friendly and generous. The food is the greatest thing that has always amazed me. I am sure that the food is one of the main things that have always brought e back. I have only one note- Major in importance and I have to say that I know it is not easy to be deployed. I have tried the hotel since last November - as far as I remember- and my notes above are valid, but I have only on note: The smell of the toilets in the above floors is un bearable. I was absolutely amazed with the difference between the rooms in floor 8 and the room in the 2nd floor. The second floor is absolutely great and I really admire everything in it but I m totally not satisfied for the 8 floor cleanliness and smell. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Regular Customer Overall stay is good. Though parking is a terrible experience, no enough spaces and cars blocking main gate are not deterred by hotel officials. Elevators are very slow and time consuming. Newspapers never come to my room until I call front desk several times. Health Club needs more attention specially when kids play at the swimming pool unattended. M. Omar and Yasser are wonderful guys. 11 April 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Finally they have WiFi! This is now a very good hotel for business travellers to Jeddah. The fast wifi makes all the difference. With better food in the restaurant, and a better TV package (for Western travellers) this would be perfect. Taxis know where you are, it's very reasonable priced, not too much noise, room service food is pretty good, and now fast wifi in rooms. This is the 5th or 6th time I have stayed here, and was the best time by a long way. Will definitely be back. Well done holiday inn Jeddah. 16 March 2014

Front office staffs are so welcoming and are ready to answer your any calls with smile. This is something which we dont find in other places. Need to improve the breakfast menu and internet speed. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff and nice room This hotel is starting to renovate rooms, elavators etc. I was lucky to stay on the 2nd floor thats already finisched. The gym is also very nice but the pool was too cold. Breakfast and buffet were realy good. The staff was also very friendly! The 2minors things for me on thursday & friday evening it can be very noisy in the coridor's and also the wifi connection doesn't cover whole the room. 10 February 2014

Front Desk and Duty managers are always attending to my needs with a great and friendly manner. One main comment that Rooms needs to be renewed in all floors starting with the Executive floor. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by The "New Experience" Rooms on the second floor have been refurbished. They look very nice rooms, much better looking than many other old and tired hotels in the Kingdom, however many of the the simple facilities such as electric sockets, lights etc do not always work. A lot of work still needs to be done here before they are properly fit for use. It is wrong to expect guests to work out the problems. Other things include key card door locks don't always work and the lift has a complete mind of its own. For a hotel that is in a very rough part of the town they need to try much harder. 25 January 2014

The building is old, the location is bad, is not enough parking for all guests,and Business Center is unavailable. Every day I was getting my meal from the hotel retaurant to myroom. I did not remember that I had got my order without missing !!!!! and the last thing that i did not got all the IHG points for my stay in the hotel. And i sent an email to the hotel for that but there is no answer. Now I am in Holiday Inn Yanbu - Saudi Arabia. It is amazing !!!! 26 December 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good experience I am here because I have no choice. This hotel is at a good location for anyone who are in auto parts business. However it is very dirty (carpet and bath room are dirty). They been upgrading the elevator for 1 year and it is not done yet which is disappointing (2 out of 6 is done). The new elevator was the service elevator but they did not change the carpet and it is dirty. 03 December 2013
