The hotel is very close to the airport and this is by far the best advantage one can have,in addition it is central to all top attractions including sea side,city Centre and shopping district. The facilities at the hotel offer comfort and exclusivity and are quite relaxing. I have stayed in other Jeddah IHG hotels and I do emphasise that HI Jeddah Gateway is particularly preferential due to its offered facilities incorporated with the positive staff attitude. It would be unfair of me not to allow readers to experience service of a dedicated team that endeavors to satisfy guests needs. The reception staff was really friendly professional and helpful,especially Momen who ensured a smooth check in and check out including an upgrade to ensure we got the right room type. The gym facilities are also great with a roof top pool and a cafe that has a lot to offer. I am certain that this is the best place for a leisure and business stay, with clean & spacious rooms, spectacular view of the city, great staff and a central location, I would definitely recommend this to everyone. I can probably continue writing but I will close by once again saying if you ever experience a problem during your stay, just go and see Momen at reception to make your day and the entire stay....

Almost everything was very bad and unorganized. I never though I am staying in a Holiday-Inn hotels, as I am staying at local hotel, which I think even local hotels is better. I have an issues with my reservations, check in, front desk, calling-in no one ever answer. You have to go downstairs to the front desk to ask for your services, the result the front desk agent laughing. When it comes to room cleaning services for almost one week I stayed with my family in this property I have to call not ones, many times for some one to come and clean the room, even some time when you call the front desk manger, the result is the same. I have been a member for IHG for many years and I stayed in holidays inn all over the world, in my opinion is the worth ever hotel any one could stay when it comes to almost all aspect for a hotel services, expect the bell man, which he relay deserved to be a manager. The whole staff and management teams should or MUST be replaced, which almost most of them have an attitude problems.
