I was unable to get the sir conditioning to blow cold air and the bar was expensive. Other than that, very pleasant staff. June 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Kenilworth Stay Excellent stay in Kenilworth. Great place to base and explore the surrounding areas. Hotel is very comfortable and nicely presented. The rooms are clean, quiet and are not missing anything. Staff were very accommodating and were happy to help with questions. Disappointed we didn't try the Marco Pierre White restaurant within the hotel-it looked fabulous. Kenilworth is a great place to stay outside of the hustle of the surrounding bigger towns. Plenty to see and Kenilworth Castle is definitely worth a visit. A really nice stay and would return again. June 13, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by One night in Kenilworth Clean and comfortable hotel - especially communal areas. The guest room was clean but bathroom fixtures a bit tired. Nice complimentary toiletries, tea/coffee etc. Staff helpful. Breakfast in the restuarant of good standard but fruit juice watered down. Overall reasonable value for money. Good for visiting Kenilworth and the castle as very central. June 3, 2015
