My first experience in Kiev, Ukraine was amazing and mostly in part because of the amazing stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were very customer service driven and always willing to make the stay a wonderful experience.

As an American it was very easy for me to check in and stay at this hotel. The staff spoke excellent English. They were attentive and responsive to all my requests. Will definitely be staying here again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gerard L Really enjoyed my stay with Holiday Inn Kiev
I was on vacation in Kiev and stayed at the Holiday Inn for 5 nights. The hotel itself is fairly new (over 3 years old from what I was told). The room I was in was really nice (King Bed) for the price per night the hotel charges. The room’s design and decor are very modern. The bathroom shower, faucet and accessories are top notch. I believe they are all made by Hansgrohe.
Friendly and Helpful Staff
From the moment I arrived, I noticed that the staff were friendly and enthusiastic to talk to me in English. Olga and Katrina were really nice. I ran out of mins in my cellphone and didn’t know how to refill it. Olga and Katrina took the time to explain how I can get it refilled. Katrina even took the time to walked with me in the supermarket around the corner and showed me how to do it using a Kiosk since the instructions were in Russian.
On my 2nd day at the hotel, the fire alarm suddenly went off and the speaker says its not a drill. I grab my valuables and left my room immediately heading to the closest stair. It really freaked me out. As I was walking down the hallway I ran into a cleaning lady who said to wait a couple of mins before heading down the stairs. I wasn’t sure if I should heed her advise or not. But as it turned out, it was a false alarm. Few hours later, I got a knock at my door and it was a hotel staff with complementary fruits and a few bottled water. It’s from the hotel manager apologizing for what had happened. I believe the cleaning lady informed him of my experience and he responded.
I will definitely stay in this hotel again whenever I’m in Kiev.
