The service personals from the Executive Lounge are caring and always serve with a smile. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Mattress and noise 1) Time to change the mattress as too soft, some area sink in 2) Toilet flushing too noisy, kindly look into water tap as well 3) according to hotel staff the Ventilator is new and no control over it, night time the nosie level cause uncomforable to get sleep. Most of the collars on their shirts were so worn out that they were frayed. Are the owner's (franchisee) that cheap that they can't even give the employees a decent polyester shirt? 12 November 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 Poor Staff communication Location wasn't convenient to KL Sentral as Hotel is name Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur- Glenmarie. I had horrible experience with staffs for my entire stay. I had call and requested for shuttle service from Metro to Hotel and Concierge agreed to send shuttle within 10 minutes but no shuttle had arrived to pick me up, then call back again to find out the status of shuttle and staffs gave run around and promised to call me back but didn't received any call. I had took taxi to hotel and asked why wasn't shuttle send for pickup. Concierge said shuttle was busy and couldn't come. Horrible communication experience. Book a limousine service at reception to airport and staff had confirm one price with me then later call my room and said price is change to higher amount as I was over charged for limo service to airport. 09 November 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great services The hotel needs major refurbishment. The Wifi is slow and often drop. Air-cond is cold ie either cold or stuffy and noisy. Gym is far away and is shared with the golf members. Cable TV is grainy. However, the like of Fahmi, Rossi and Lyns excellence services at the executive lounge and the food make up for the overall experience and lack of amenities at the hotel. 27 October 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by enjoyable and relaxing Good things....it was comfortable. Beds were soft and bouncy. Rooms were sufficiently sized and had all the amenities. I loved the swimming pool view...so pretty. Good place to relax and wind down with the family or a group of friends. Safe...we didn't feel the need to lock our doors while we were out of the room. Bad things... food was boring. The same dishes everyday and it wasn't anything to jump up and down for. Not handicap friendly at all. So I don't recommend bringing your parents who have bad knees or anyone on a wheelchair. 23 October 2013

The hotel service staff is good and the hotel's public area is clean. They also provide a shuttle van from hotel to KLCC so you can also visit the business center for shopping etc. 19 October 2013

Often it was not properly closed. 3. Carpet lifting at the Entrance. The threshold strip not fastened down properly. 4. Need to check all lighting for operatio 5. Hooks behind bathroom door broken on one side. 6. Some areas of carpet need to be stretched due to wrinkles. KITE RESTAURANT.. 1. Food separation is excellent. 2. Would be nice to have some local Malay cakes and kueh-mueh. 3. Staff members are courteous and friendly. Namely, Michael, Prativa and Khairul. EXECUTIVE LOUNGE 1. Staff members have performed well. Namely Lynn, Rosie, Famil, Siva & Jega. 2. Chairs at the breakfast tables tend to sink in or down too much, hence became uncomfortable. 12 October 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by October 2013 Stay Good to be back again to this hotel. This time around, i a bit upset during the check in with the helpdesk. After so many time been here staying in this hotel, first, front desk staff (maybe new?) didn't recognize IHG club members, asking again all my ID Card without asking booking number or at least my name. Second, when i ask for breakfast person count for confirmation, said only for one person, extra person have to pay additional. But in booking description, said "Breakfast for up to 2 adults included. " . Frontdesk staff forgot to include members internet password and login, which is i know its a standard SOP to provide this to gold members. Its ok for this one. Same thing for the TV reception/signal in the room. Very week, and very noise signal on the TV set. Keep it up, it is pointless having a good TV in the room to view a unclear/disturb TV signal. The rest is improved, will be back again in November. 09 October 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Improvement in my 2nd stay this month I was upgrade this time as a platinum member and that is much needed. Since I booked the Panorama Golf View room, I get upgraded to Executive Club. The bathroom is muhc better than the rest of the lower grade and the room do not have the dampen smell and the wetness that pertain in the other room class. Overall, sleep much better and even the wifi is more stable. The breakfast selection at the Club Lounge is not as good as the restuarant, but they have freshly squeezed juice, a DIY type at the lounge which is a plus. It is also more quiet and nicer in atmosphere. 04 October 2013

The front desk staff is excellent as always, handled our check in smoothly and special thanks to Ms Herlina. The Kites Restaurant staff are always friendly and courteous and their service are always the best. Location of the hotel is nearby a famous country club, so you can enjoy fresh air, spreading space and quietness all the time. Hotel staffs were very friendly and served us in proper manner. Our stay would be more comfortable if there are walkways or jogging path close to the hotel. 02 October 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by good quality and great staff it was the second time that i stayed at holiday in glenmarie and again it was a great experience. the people working there are really friendly and do anything to help you, they offer great service. the rooms have a lot of space, are clean and comfortable. the food in the restaurants is tasty. The hotel is 30 minutes driving from kuala lumpur and the hotel offers shuttle service. The only remark I have is that the wireless internet connection was unstable at some times. The wired internet connection in the room was working without a problem. 25 September 2013

This happen on 19 Sept around 8:30 am. I told him may be he goes into the wrong room but he refuse to move out. At the end I just ignore and lock my door. 23 September 2013

No place will give me that comfort & relax more than Holiday Inn - Kuala Lumpur Glenmarie, I find also the best service that I can only find in my home, with all the staff being caring & well mannered to almost every one. Rossi, Fahmi, Lin, Jegak & almost all the staff of the Executive part of the hotel have excellent talent & service that is wrapped with a smile that you need to start your day with.
