This is my second stay at this hotel. Enjoyed the food at the Chinese restaurant and the Japanese Sushi place. The breakfast spread was the biggest I had ever seen!! Great service and friendly staff. Good location. Will come back here again

I found the Ambience of the Hotel was good, though the room was quite small by a 5 Star standard. The interior was good but nuthing was there in the Refrigerator in the room for refreshment. Overall the Hotel was good but it lacked the hospitality which is usually found in this Industires.

Very good stay, very good location with verity of restaurants and close to beach which you can enjoy, very friendly staff, Mr. Mahmoud who help me upon c/in and c/out there was problem that the company was not cover my stay and he handled very well

warm welcome, good and comfortable room, plus a great variety of food & restaurant, nad do not forget the live pianist in the lobby where you can enjoy a light snack or a good beverage

My overall stay was hassle-free. Hats off to all the staff including pick up drivers, reception and room service. We landed at 6.30 am and were in hotel by 8am. The staff happily got our room ready (early checkin) while we went for breakfast. I stayed there with the family including one infant. There were few odd room service requests like warming baby milk etc, but there was no problem from staff.
The location is great. Although they had good restaurants onsite, there were variety of restaurants within 2-3 minutes walk outside. Taxis were readily available for 1-2KD (cheap compared to UK or US).
The room was spacious and comfortable although we didn't spend lot of time there! The house keeping was excellent as well.
The only problem was people smoking everywhere including in restaurants! Reminded me of UK 10-15 years ago. This was same wherever we went in Kuwait.
Overall, a pleasant experience. Thanks to all the staff. I would recommend it.

Overall an excellent stay and I was made to feel most welcome. Initially my room was not ready on arrival, however the young lady on the check-in desk was most helpful and very apologetic. (M/s Chris) She spoke to one of her colleagues (Front Desk Manager?? I think) and I was upgraded to a suite. Very nice indeed. A very pleasant and professional lady and an asset to the hotel.

This Hotel has a very Good Steak Restaurant as well as a Very Good Breakfast Buffet. It also has a very tasty Lebanese Restaurant.
As for the location, it is close to Salmiyah street.

I have used this hotel on and off for the last 5 years but had not visited for some 8 months or more. On my arrival at the hotel I was greeted warmly, by name, by all the staff, which set the whole visit up perfectly.
As a constant traveller first impressions mean everything and clearly the staff here know how to make a traveller relaxed and comfortable quickly.

this is the second time i stay at this property and its my favourite destination in Kuwait.
I've tried other hotels but honestly the location and facilities available at Holiday Inn Kuwait , couldn't find it in any other place at the same amount of money paid.
the only issue that i usually face there is that the service at the Lebanese restaurant is very slow . i mean slow by waiting more than 20 minutes to get 3 plates of appetizers and 35 minutes to get a mixed grill ! this issue should be taken into consideration from the management .

I really have a worst reception , they didn't respect me as a Platinum member , poor and slow chick in , they didn't assist me to get my rights as a Platinum member , they said they have no idea a about my level untel I show them my card but it is gold not Platinum so the didn't believe me when I told them Iam a Platinum.... very desponded !

I go to Kuwait almost every two weeks and tried several hotels. The hotel rooms are excellent, wifi in every room and in the lobby free of charge. Staff and management go out of their way to ensure you're getting the best of your stay. I love the fact that I don't have to leave the hotel in the evening for food or meetings as it has few of the best restaurants chains and nice coffee area with live piano in the evening.

I travel to Kuwait frequently on business and have standardised my stay at the holiday inn because the package they provide in exactly in line with what a business traveller expects.
The check-in/check out staff and the concierge stand out because of their prompt , courteous and friendly service.
The room is well laid out and appointed to ensure guest comfort.
