Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 One of the Worst Holiday Inn I'm a Gold Elite member and always choose Holiday Inn. This location was one of the worst Holiday Inn that I ever stayed. Room is clean as always but water flow in shower/faucet is very poor. I was unexpectedly charged for breakfast (I always get a complimentary breakfast in other locations). The service quality of front desk staff was a poor. No greeting and I was given the receipt with no "thank you". I hope that Holiday Inn provides the same level of quality service to across locations. 19 December 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Bed Good Business Stayed two nights in December 2014. Found the experience very comfortable. Easy in and out, good food in the lounge and breakfast in the morning. Pleasant surprise was the commplimentry wine and cheese party. Nice change from your competition. Flew out of John Wayne Airport with a very easy 15 min cab ride. That is saying something in southern CA. Staff very helpful. One bartender, tall thin blonde going to nursing school was a delight to talk to since I was traveling alone. 15 December 2014
