The front desk staff seem friendly but if you ask them about anything the response is a blank stare and nothing is done. Having a platinum level doesn't seem to mean much to them only to the other visitors in the elevator who were acknowledged as a platinum level guest but the other guest wasn't very impressed with the difference. The beds are hard and uncomfortable, the carpet was dirty and stained and the hot water was never there. The food in the sports bar is wonderful. Stay somewhere else and just go there to eat. Will be much happier then we were.

wi-fi not great but it worked. Everything else was wonderful from the food to the bed! Would definitely stay here again!

As usual, away from my home, I felt comfortable staying at this Holiday Inn location. The room was clean and inviting. I was able to relax and rest when in the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. Location was right off the freeway for easy access. Easy check-in & check-out. Would highly recommend. Beds were comfortable and it was an added bonus to have a refrigerator in the room. There was an incident with the water in our room one night and the Manager was very helpful in handling our problem. We were not impressed with the grill/lounge on site. The waitresses were very unfriendly. Almost to the point of being rude, unless you were a regular sitting up at the bar.

Due to being given a smoking room after clearly reserving a non-smoking room, I had to sleep in my car in the parking lot. Their were no other rooms available when I arrived and all other hotels in the area were full, and the room I got had me smelling like smoke just after a few minutes in there. The staff was friendly and appeared sincerely apologetic, and did give me a non-smoking room for the following 2 days, but giving someone, who requested a non-smoking room, this smoke trap is unforgivable. No one should have to sleep in the parking lot.

The hotel overall is nice with spacious rooms and a lively downstairs restaurant. However, if you want to attempt to get any work done or use the Wifi in your room, you will not be able to. There was barely a Wifi signal in my room and when I alerted staff, they let me know it was working. After attempting to successfully connect to their Wifi with no internet running through it on my laptop, iphone and ipad, I requested to have the manager contact me the following day. She did but did not resolve the issue. I alerted the front office staff the next day as well and they were not able to resolve the issue. Even though I had 3 employees staying at the hotel, we were required to work from our laptops in the downstairs restaurant if we needed internet. I feel that this was completely unacceptable. If it was not for the internet, I would gladly recommend this hotel, unfortunately that is not the case.
